RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us at support@street-universal.shop of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or e-mail).

To comply with the cancellation period, you only need to send the notice of exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold your refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately but no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable to pay for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods not necessary to verify their condition, properties and functionality.
